This website was made through the collaborative effort of UX, software engineering, and data teams to help focus on capturing harmonized data from in-vitro take-home Covid-19 diagnostics through open-sourced federal data. The Opportunity Project, working with the FDA and the US Census Bureau, facilitates 12-week product development cycles to build data-powered solutions to critical problems facing the public.
Pup Trainer
PERN stack app with Typescript and JWT auth
Training is a wonderful way to bond with your dog, and to teach them how to interact with the human world. Pup Trainer to connect dog owners with positive, effective, and free training materials online! I built both the frontend and backend and maintained the database.
Rec Drop
React, MongoDb, Express.js, Node.js, with JWT auth
A full stack app built with a small group of peers. I worked primarily on the frontend, organized daily stand-up meetings, monitored progress, and pair-coded with peers. Rec-Drop allows people to share and find new book, movie, song, or tv show recommendations, and allows users to make “playlists” of things you want to check out in the future.
Wordle
JS, CSS, HTML
A word-based game with tricky game logic and conditional rendering logic, Wordle tasks players with guessing a secret 5 letter word in 6 turns or fewer. Many people enjoy Wordle, but a common complaint is that it can only be played once a day. Now it can be played as often as desired, at any degree of difficulty!
